    Syria Electricity Emergency Project (SEEP)

    Rehabilitation of damaged transmission lines and transformer substations with institutional support, approved in June 2025 and implementing through 2026. It is the first World Bank project in Syria in roughly forty years, and new solar plants are being tied into the 230 kV and 400 kV networks through it.
