MASAR · مسار
The route from factory to site.
MASAR is the sourcing programme behind every order we take. Six steps, each with something you receive at the end of it. It carries a name because a named sequence can be held to, and an unnamed one quietly becomes optional.
Most of what goes wrong in equipment importing goes wrong early and shows up late. A specification agreed verbally becomes a dispute at delivery. A missing certificate becomes a container sitting at a port at demurrage rates. A spare part nobody discussed becomes a machine standing idle in the second season. MASAR exists to move those decisions to the front of the order, where they are still cheap to correct.

- 01
Requirement and written specification
You send the requirement — sometimes a full technical schedule, sometimes a description of the work. We return a specification sheet: model, rating, capacity, voltage, applicable standards, quantity, and the intended site. You sign it. Everything after this point is measured against that sheet.
- 02
Sourcing and quotation
We match the specification to manufacturers we have bought from before through our corridors in China and Brazil. You receive a quotation, a proforma invoice, the manufacturer datasheet, and a lead time stated in days rather than in seasons.
- 03
Pre-shipment inspection
Before the goods leave the factory, they are checked against the signed specification — identity, rating, quantity, packing, and visible condition. You receive the inspection report while the container can still be stopped. This is the step that most import problems would have been solved by.
- 04
Freight and documentation
We book the freight and assemble the file: certificate of origin, technical datasheet, packing list, inspection report, warranty terms and the parts list. The pack is complete before the vessel sails, because a document chased after arrival is a document chased at demurrage rates.
- 05
Customs clearance
We clear at the port of entry and hold the file through the process. If a date moves, you hear it from us with the revised date attached. You should never learn about a delay from your own site foreman.
- 06
Delivery to site and handover
Delivery to the address on the order, with the document pack handed over as part of the delivery rather than posted later. At handover the order passes to ISNAD, and the spare parts position is already settled.
What ships with every order
This pack is not an upgrade and it is not produced on request. It is assembled during the order and handed over with the goods. If a document your project needs is not on this list, tell us at quotation stage — we will either source against it or tell you plainly that we cannot.

ISNAD · إسناد
What happens after the truck leaves.
ISNAD is the spare parts and after-sales side of the house. It exists because the most expensive failure in this trade is not a bad machine — it is a reachable seller who becomes unreachable once the invoice is paid. Parts are contracted before delivery, not after a breakdown.

- 01Parts settled before handover
- For every unit we import, the parts position is agreed before it is delivered: which items are held, which are ordered in, and the honest lead time for each. You get that in writing with the machine.
- 02One warranty path
- The warranty starts with us and is administered from Damascus. You do not chase a factory in another time zone in a language you do not trade in. You call the same house that sold you the unit.
- 03Reachable after the sale
- The order file stays open at the house, not with an individual salesperson. Anyone here can pull the specification, the inspection report and the parts list for your unit and answer from the record.
